Shipping
Every order is fulfilled from our dedicated fulfilment centres and delivered worldwide through our network of trusted carriers — DHL, FedEx, and SF Express.
To celebrate our launch, we're offering free shipping on all orders until June 21st, 2026.
From June 22nd, the following shipping rates will apply:

Taxes & Duties
We cover all standard customs duties, import taxes, and applicable fees on your behalf — your order is designed to arrive with nothing left to pay.
In rare instances, local customs authorities may impose additional tariffs beyond what has been settled. These charges fall outside our control and, if applied, will be the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the destination country's customs office.
Delivery
Orders are delivered within 5–10 business days from dispatch. Express delivery within 5 business days is available on select destinations and will be confirmed at checkout. A tracking link is shared as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
Shipping
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, or if the courier is unable to deliver after three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. In this case, a refund will be issued for the order value minus the return shipping fee.
If a correction is needed after placing your order, contact us immediately — we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
Damage or lost orders
Should your order arrive damaged or fail to arrive, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will resolve the matter without delay.
How to initiate a return
To begin a return, please complete our Return Form here. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed return shipping instructions, including the address to send your item back to us.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Any duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
Return window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in their original A State of Mind packaging.
Sizing
We understand that returns can be costly, especially when the wrong size is ordered. To prevent this, we encourage you to consult the sizing chart carefully when placing your order.
If you are unsure of your correct size, we can advise you on the best fit — please get in touch at customercare@astateofmind.com before placing your order.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Accessories
Shipping your return
The cost and arrangement of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. You may use any shipping carrier or method of your choice. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked and insured service, as A State of Mind cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once you have shipped your return, please send us your tracking number so we can monitor the arrival of your parcel.
Packaging your return
Your A State of Mind packaging has been designed with returns in mind. Each shipping box is equipped with a resealable return system — simply remove the tearing strip, fold and seal the box, then ship it using your chosen carrier.
Items must be returned in their original A State of Mind packaging. Returns received in alternative or damaged packaging will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If the wrong size is ordered, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us directly at customercare@astateofmind.com to arrange an exchange. To return the item, simply follow the standard return process outlined above.
Please note:
- Exchanges are available only for the same item in a different size
- Exchanges for different colours or styles are not currently offered
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost
- We will ship the exchanged item free of charge once the return is received and approved
- Exchanged items will be dispatched within 5 business days of receiving and approving your return
Refund process
Refunds are issued only once the returned item has been received at our fulfilment centre and inspected by our team. Items must arrive in perfect, original condition in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
A State of Mind reserves the right to decline a return if items are received outside the return window, show signs of wear, are not in their original packaging, or do not meet our return conditions. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
