RETURNS

To start a return, please complete our Return Form here.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed return shipping instructions.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in perfect condition
• Items must not have been worn, used, or washed
• All labels and tags must be attached
• The original packaging must be fully intact

UAE Returns

For returns within the UAE, we offer a return pick-up service for a flat fee of AED 25, which will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns

For returns outside the UAE, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

We understand that returns could be costly, especially if the wrong sizes are ordered. In order to prevent this please double-check the sizing chart when placing your orders. If you are unsure of your correct size, we offer a personalized sizing recommendation service - please get in touch by email at customercare@astateofmind.com.

REFUNDS

Returns are processed within 5 business days after the items are received and inspected by our team. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Any duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded
• Sale items marked as non-refundable are not eligible for return

EXCHANGES

If the wrong size is ordered, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us directly at customercare@astateofmind.com to arrange an exchange.

To return the item, simply follow the standard return process outlined above.

Please note:

• Exchanges are available only for the same item in a different size

• Exchanges for different colors or styles are not currently offered

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost

• We will ship the exchanged item free of charge once the return is received and approved
